摘  要:目的研究氧化型低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白抗体(oxLDL-Ab)、一氧化氮(NO)与冠心病(CHD)斑块稳定性的关系。方法 2012年1月至7月于我院分别测定33例急性心肌梗死(AMI)、34例不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)、31例稳定性心绞痛(SAP)和32名健康对照者的oxLDL、oxLDL-Ab、NO水平,比较各组中上述指标差异有无统计学意义,并评估其相关性。结果①急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)组(包括AMI组和UAP组)的oxLDL、oxLDL-Ab水平明显高于SAP组和健康对照组(P<0.05);SAP组和健康对照组比较,上述指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②NO在SAP、UAP、AMI患者中含量降低,尤以AMI最为显著,各疾病组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);冠心病患者各型之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③各组中oxLDL、oxLDL-Ab水平与NO含量呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论血浆oxLDL、oxLDL-Ab、NO水平与不同类型冠心病斑块稳定性有关。Objective To study the relationship of oxLDL, anti-oxLDL and NO with plaque stability among different types of coronary heart diseases. Methods We measured levels of plasma oxLDL, anti-oxLDL and NO among 33 acute myocardial infarction(AMI), 34 unstable angina pectoris(UAP), 34 stable angina pectoris(SAP) and 32 normal healthy control subjects. We analyzed the differences between them, and evaluated the correlation between them. Results Plasma levels of oxLDL and anti-oxLDL were significantly different between ACS group (including AMI and UAP ) and SAP group, control group, respectively( P d0. 05); there was no significant difference between SAP and control group( P〉0.05) . (2) The level of plasma NO decreased significantly in the patients of SAP, UAP and AMI, and it was especially significant in the patients of AMI. There were significant differences between CHD groups and control group( P d0.01) ; There were significant differences between three CHD groups, respectively ( P d0.05). (3)Negative correlations were found among the levels of oxLDL, anti-ox- LDL and the level of NO( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The levels of oxLDL, anti-oxLDL and NO are related with plaque stability among different types of coronary heart disease.
