社区肺康复训练对慢性阻塞性肺病患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肺康复治疗对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者的疗效。方法:选择108例COPD稳定期患者随机分为肺康复组和对照组。两组均予以常规治疗,肺康复组同时配合肺康复治疗。分别于治疗前、后进行肺功能检查、血气分析、6min步行试验和体质指数测定。结果:肺康复组与对照组比较,治疗前差异无统计学意义,治疗后各项观察指标相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺康复治疗在社区COPD稳定期治疗中具有重要意义。Objective： To observe the treatment effect of the pulmonary rehabilitation on the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Method： One hundred and eight patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group. The two groups were given conventional treatment, at the same time the treatment group added with pulmonary rehabilitation therapy. Before and after treatment respectively, pulmonary function test, blood gas analysis, 6 minute walk test, body mass index were determined. Result： Comparing the treatment group with the control group, there was no significant difference before treatment. After treatment the observation indicators of the treatment group and the control group had the different statistical significance. Conclusion： Pulmonary rehabilitation treatment in the community plays an important role in the treatment of stable stage of COPD.
