摘  要:经过22年的发展,绿色食品已成为在国内外具有较高知名度和公信力的品牌。实践充分证明,绿色食品发展离不开技术与理论创新。当前,我国农业正处于传统农业向现代农业转型的关键时刻,随着农业发展对科技创新的依赖程度越来越高,农业科技创新已经成为增强农业生产能力、提高农业生产效率、转变农业增长方式和推进现代农业建设的关键因素,科技创新在绿色食品发展中将发挥越来越重要的作用。因此,加强绿色食品理论与技术研究工作对绿色食品产业发展意义重大。With the 22-year development, green food has become a highly recognized and trusted brand both domestically and internationally. Practice has fully proved that the development of green food counts on technology and theory innovation. At present, China's agriculture is experiencing the transition period from traditional agriculture to modem agriculture. Agriculture development is increasingly depending on technology innovation. Agricultural science and technology innovation has become the crucial factors in enhancing agricultural productivity, improving agricultural production efficiency, changing agricultural grow model and advancing modern agriculture in China. Science and technology innovation will play an increasingly important role in green food development. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen research on green food theory and technology for developing green food industry.
