氧气驱动雾化吸入5%高渗盐水及爱全乐治疗小儿毛细支气管炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察氧气驱动雾化吸入5%高渗盐水及爱全乐治疗毛细支气管炎临床疗效。方法:采取随机对照方法,将笔者所在医院儿科2010年2月-2011年12月住院96例毛细支气管炎患儿,随机分成治疗组49例和对照组47例。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加用氧气驱动雾化吸入5%氯化钠溶液及爱全乐,对照组吸入0.9%氯化钠溶液及沙丁胺醇注射液组成的混合液体,均3次/d,直至临床症状消失,比较两组患儿咳嗽、喘息及其住院时间。结果:两组患儿全部治愈出院,治疗组主要症状消失时间及住院时间少于对照组。结论:氧气驱动雾化吸入5%高渗盐水及爱全乐治疗毛细支气管炎可明显提高小儿毛细支气管炎疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of oxygen atomized inhalation of 5% hypertonic saline and atropine in the treatment of brenchiolitis in children.Methods ： 96 cases were randomly divided into observation group of 49 and control group of 47.Both groups were given regular treatment by the same way, in addition, the observation group was given aerosol inhalation of 5% hypertonic saline and Atrovent,while the control group was given aerosol inhalation of 0.9% saline mixed with the injection of salbutamol.All the treatments were given 3 times a day until the symptoms disappeared.Observed 2 groups＇efficacy, lasting time of wheezing and cough, and length of stay.Results： Both two groups were healing, and the time of symptom, sign and hospital stays in the observation group was significantly littler than the control group.Conclusion： The treatment of oxygen atomized inhalation of 5% hypertonie saline and atrevent can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy of brenchiolitis in children.
