经钛铝金属间化合物多孔材料分离后大黄虫丸对大鼠动脉血栓形成的影响

摘  要:目的:采用不同孔径钛铝金属间化合物多孔材料(TAICPM)分离大黄虫丸,探讨经不同孔径TAICPM处理后的大黄虫丸抗动脉血栓形成的作用及机制。方法:选择70只SD雄性大鼠随机分为7组,其中正常组、模型组、对照组各10只,TAICPM组40只:1-5μm组、5-10μm组、10-15μm组、15-20μm组,每组各10只。血栓干重、血小板计数、血栓素B2(TXB-2)和6酮前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)作为观察指标,评价经TAICPM分离后大黄虫丸抗动脉血栓形成的效果。结果:①对照组及TAICPM组血栓干重、血小板计数明显少于模型组(P<0.05),TXB-2和6-keto-PGF1α也较模型组有显著性差异(P<0.05);②TAICPM组血小板计数明显低于对照组(P<0.01),TXB-2和6-keto-PGF1α也较对照组有统计学差异(P<0.01);③1-5μm多孔材料组血栓干重明显低于其它3个多孔材料组(P<0.01),血小板计数、TXB-2和6-keto-PGF1α也较其它3组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:经TAICPM处理后的大黄虫丸在抑制动脉血栓形成方面优于未处理的大黄虫丸,其中孔径为1-5μm的多孔材料效果更优。Objective: To select the main anti-arterial thrombosis herbs of Dahuang Zhechong Pill by different pore size Ti-AI intermetallic compound porous material, and discuss the mechanism of Dahuang Zhechong Pill with Ti-A1 intermetailic compound porous material on anti-arterial thrombosis. Methods: 70 SD male rats were randomly divided into 7 groups, normal group 10 rats, model group 10 rats, control groups 10 rats, Ti-Al intermetailic compound porous material group of 40 rats(which were divided into four groups evenly, first group with 1μm-5μm pero size material, second group with 5μm-10μm, third group with 10μm-15μm, fourth group with 15μm-20μm). Inducing the left carotid artery thrombosis model with the method of using ferric chloride, observed the indicators of thrombus weight, platelet count, TXB-2 and 6-keto-PGF1α, and selected the best combination of Dahuang Zhechong Pills on anti-arterial thrombosis. Results: (~)Control groups and Ti-A1 intermetallic compound porous material groups had better anti-thrombotic effect and could significantly reduce thrombus dry weight and platelet count(P〈0.05) and adjust vasoactive substances biochemical level better (TXB-2 and 6-keto-PGF1 α, P〈0.05), compared with model group. (1)Ti-A1 intermetallic compound porous material groups had the better effect on anti-thrombotic and could significantly reduce thrombus dry weight and platelet count(P〈0.01) and adjust vasoactive substances biochemical level (TXB- 2 and 6-keto-PGF1α, P〈0.01), compared with control group.
