清肺平喘补肾颗粒治疗144例哮喘轻度持续患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清肺平喘补肾颗粒对144例哮喘轻度持续且属肺热痰伏肾虚证患者的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的患者144例,对照组72例吸入沙美特罗替卡松粉剂50μg/100μg,试验组72例在此基础上口服清肺平喘补肾颗粒,疗程12周。观察中医症状体征积分、哮喘生命质量评分(AQLQ)、吸入短效β2受体激动剂(SABA)情况及FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%)的变化。结果:①第10周起,试验组的中医症状体征总积分低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。中医综合疗效评价有效率:试验组97.14%,对照组87.50%(P<0.05)。②试验组和对照组AQLQ评分较基线水平都有不同程度提高。③试验组更少使用SABA(P<0.05)。④治疗后两组患者FEV1%较治疗前提高(P<0.01)。结论:清肺平喘补肾颗粒能明显改善患者症状,提高临床疗效,更少使用短效β2受体激动剂,提高生命质量,改善肺通气功能。Objective： To study the effect of the Qingfei Pingchuan Bushen Granules treating on 144 cases of asthma mild duration and lung-heat sputum with kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods： 144 standard cases were selected （experimental group 72 and control group 72 cases）. The control group was treated with salmeterol/fluticasone （50/100pg） one inhale bid, while the experimental group was added with oral Qingfei Pingchuan Bushen Granules, treating for 12 weeks. Observed the improvement of TCM symptoms and signs scores, asthma quality of life questionnaire （AQLQ）, the frequency of inhaled short acting 13 2 agonists and the forced expiratory volume in one second （FEV1%） predicted. Results： （~since the 10th week, the TCM symptoms and signs scores of the experimental group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. TCM comprehensive evaluation indicates effective rate of experimental group was 97.14% while in the control group was 87.5% （P〈0.05）. （3）The AQLQ scores of both groups were improved. （4）Compared with control group, the experimental group less used inhaled short acting 13 2 agonists （P〈0.05）. （4）After treatment, the FEVI% predicted of both groups were improved（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The trial confirmed that Qingfei Pingchuan Bushen Granules can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and lung function, Chinese medicine symptoms and life quality, and less use of short acting 13 2 agonists in asthma patients.
