摘  要:目的:研究人参在生长季的不同时期根中5种水解酶的活力变化规律。方法:以5年生人参为研究对象,采用中性磷酸缓冲溶液提取粗酶液。应用紫外分光光度法分别测定淀粉酶(AMY)、酯酶(EST)、酸性磷酸酯酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酯酶(ALP)和植酸酶(PHY)的活力。结果:AMY、ACP和ALP在展叶期、开花期和果后参根生长期活力高;EST在果实形成初期平均活力较高;PHY在展叶期末期和开花期前期活力明显升高。结论:人参根中5种水解酶对人参各器官的形成具有重要作用。Objective: Study of activity changes of five kinds of hydrolytic enzymes in ginseng roots at different growth stages in the growing season. Methods: The five-year old ginseng roots as objects. Neutral phosphate buffer is selected to extract crude enzyme. UV was applied to determine the activities of amylase (AMY), esterase (EST), acid phosphatase (ACP), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and phytase (PHY). Results: AMY, ACP and ALP have a high activity in the spreading stage, the flowering stage and the stage of root growing after bearing fruit; Average activity of EST are relatively high in the early stage of fruit formation; PHY activity is significantly high in the last stage of spreading and the prior stage of flowering. Conclusion: 5 kinds of hydrolase of Ginseng root play an important role to form various organs.
