膜增生性肾小球肾炎与NF-κB的关系及中医药研究进展

摘　　要：核转录因子κB(NF-κB)不仅能调节多种基因的表达和产生细胞因子,还能调节多种炎症因子的表达和细胞凋亡,炎症反应的许多分子都受NF-κB的调控,包括:TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6、趋化因子、黏附分子、集落刺激因子等。文章从NF-κB的化学生物学特性及其信号通路、NF-κB在系膜细胞中的表达以及诱发膜增生性肾小球肾炎的机制、中医药对NF-κB表达影响的研究进展等方面加以论述,分析了NF-κB在膜增生性肾小球肾炎中所起的作用及中医药对它的调节作用,指出中医药拮抗NF-κB的表达,可能是中医药作用的主要靶点之一。Nuclear transcription factor -κB（NF--κB） not only can regulate the expression of multiple genes and cytokine production, but also regulates the expression and apoptosis in a variety of inflammatory factors, many of the molecules of the inflammatory are response for the regulation of NF-κB, including： TNF-α, IL-Iβ, IL-2, IL-6, chemokines, adhesion molecules, and colony stimulating factors, etc. This paper discussed from the aspects of chemistry of biological characteristics and signaling pathways of NF-κB, NF-κB expression in mesangial cells and the mechanism of inducing mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis, research progress of effect of Chinese medicine on the expression of NF-κB, to analyze the role of NF-κB in mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis and the regulation of Chinese medicine, pointed out that the pharmaceutical antagonism of NF-κB expression may be one of the targets of Chinese medicine.
