仝小林教授运用干姜黄芩黄连人参汤治疗2型糖尿病80例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察仝小林教授使用干姜黄芩黄连人参汤治疗80例2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法:80例采用干姜黄芩黄连人参汤治疗2型糖尿病患者临床资料,进行数据采集与统计分析,对治疗前后实验室指标改善水平及症状改善进行分析评价。结果:使用干姜黄芩黄连人参汤后,80例2型糖尿病患者实验室指标方面,糖化血红蛋白水平治疗前后有明显差异(P<0.01),症状积分有明显改善(P<0.01),症候疗效方面,痊愈率为10%,显效率为16%,有效率为46%,总有效率为71%。结论:干姜黄芩黄连人参汤治疗脾虚胃热证2型糖尿病具有一定效果。Objective： To observe the effect of using Ginger Skullcap Coptis Ginseng Decoction in treating 80 patients with type 2 diabetes by professor Tong Xiao-lin. Methods： The retrospective study method was applied to analyze the improvement of symptoms and laboratory indicators of the 80 type 2 diabetes patients. Results： After the treatment of Ginger Skullcap Coptis Ginseng Decoction, Glycosylated hemoglobin level and standard-reaching rate were significantly decreased after treatment. Symptom scores of the 80 patients with type 2 diabetes were significantly improved（P〈0.01）. The cure rate was 10%, the significant efficiency rate was 16%, the effective rate was 46%, total effective rate was 71%. Conclusion： The Ginger Skullcap Coptis Ginseng Decoction may have a clinical effect on type 2 diabetes patients with spleen deficiency and stomach heat syndrome.
