摘 要:目的:考察不同季节千层塔药材中石杉碱甲、乙的含量,为确定千层塔的最佳采收期提供依据。方法:采用超声提取方法进行样品的制备;用HPLC方法测定千层塔中石衫碱甲、石衫碱乙的含量。结果:石杉碱甲、乙线性范围分别为0.050μg-1.000μg、0.031μg-0.620μg,回收率分别为100.1%(RSD:0.72%,n=6)、99.5%(RSD:1.1%,n=6)。不同采收期千层塔中的石衫碱甲、石衫碱乙的含量差异较大,其中8月份的含量最高,为0.0236%、0.0124%。结论:该研究可为千层塔最佳采收期的确定提供参考,以8月份为千层塔药材的最佳采收时期。Objective: To study the contents of Huperzine A and Huperzine B from Huperzia serrata collected at different collecting times by HPLC to decide the optimal harvest time. Method: Ultrasonic extraction method for sample preparation was performed, the determination of Huperzine A in Huperzia serrata by HPLC. Results: The linear range of Huperzine A was 0.050μg-1.000μg, and Huperzine B was 0.031μg-0.620μg, the average recovery were 100.1% (RSD:O.72%, n=6 ) and 99.5% (RSD:1.1%, n=6 ) , collected at different collecting times the contents of Huperzine A and Huperzine B in Huperzia serrata were evidently different, the hightest in August, the contents of Huperzine A was 0.0236% and Huperzine B was 0.0124%. Conclusions: The best collecting time of the plant is August as provided the reference from this study.
