摘  要:目的:研究同一马尾松植株不同采收期的针叶中主要成分的含量变化规律,探讨采收期对成分的影响。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,GC-MS方法测定石竹烯含量,HPLC方法同时测定花旗松素与芦丁含量,通过多指标含量测定比较不同样品的成分含量。结果:该产地的马尾松针中主要成分均呈现季节性波动,其中挥发油含量以2月采集的样品最高为0.65%,石竹烯含量以10月采集的样品最高为225.10μg/g,芦丁和花旗松素含量以6月采集的样品最高分别为35.41μg/g和13.41μg/g。结论:同一产地的马尾松针不同采收时间各成分含量差异较大,有效成分含量监测引导下的采收期确定,将有利于马尾松新资源的合理利用与开发。Objective: To study the variation regularity on contents of main componenets in pine needles collected on the same plant of Pinus massoniana Lamb. during different harvest periods, and research the influence of harvest period to componenet content. Methods: The volatile oil was extracted through steam distillation, the content of caryophyllene was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, the contents of taxifolin and rutin were determined by high-pressure liquid chromatography, to compare the contents of different samples by content determination of multi-index. Results: The main compoents of the pine needles in this area were fluctuated seasonally, the highest volatile oil content in pine needles of Pinus massoniana Lamb. was found in February, t he content of caryophyllene was came to the highest in October, and the content of taxifolin and rutin were highest in June. Conclusion: There were significant differences about main components in pine needles of Pinus massoniana Lamb. from the same area during different harvest periods. The confirming of harvest periods by the guide of monitoring of active ingredients contents would benefit to the utilization and development of resources on pine needles from Pinus massoniana Lamb. rationally.
