止嗽定喘丸(浓缩丸)质量控制方法研究

摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立了一种全面控制止嗽定喘丸(浓缩丸)内在质量的方法。方法:以混合对照药材作为对照,对处方中全部药味进行定性鉴别。结果:4批样品均呈现与混合对照药材色谱保留时间一致的主要特征峰,各味药材不相互干扰。结论:本方法重复性好,操作简便,可作为止嗽定喘丸(浓缩丸)的质量控制方法。Objective： To establish a comprehensive method for the quality control of Zhisou Dingchuan Pills by HPLC. Methods： All herbs in prescription were identified by compare with the chromatogram of mixed reference crude herb. Results： 4 samples were presented main peaks with same retention time with the chromatograrn of mixed reference crude herb, and the peaks did not interfere with each other. Conclusion： The validated method was applied for 4 batches of samples, which proved to be reproducible, convenient and could be used as quality control methed for Zhisou Dingchuan Pills.
