复方阿胶浆治疗癌因性疲乏的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方阿胶浆改善恶性肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏的临床症状、提高生活质量的疗效,以寻求治疗癌性疲乏的有效方法。方法:将符合纳入病例标准的73例患者,随机分为治疗组37例、对照组36例。两组病例的基础治疗方案基本相同。治疗组基础治疗加复方阿胶浆,每日3次,每次1支(20mL/支);对照组只予基础治疗,两组均治疗1个疗程(28d)。治疗前后观察:疲乏、中医症状、KPS评分及外周血象变化情况。结果:治疗组疲乏缓解率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医症状疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组KPS评分改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组外周血象改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方阿胶浆具有治疗癌因性疲乏的作用,能有效降低疲乏等级,显著改善癌症相关性疲乏患者的中医症状和生活质量。Objective： To observe Fufang Ejiao Jiang improving patients＇ symptoms and quality of life. The subject could provide method about treatment of cancer-related fatigue. Methods： According to standards, 73 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（37 cases） and control group（36 cases）.The basic treatment project of both groups was same. The treatment group used the basic treatment and Fufang Ejiao Jiang, one bottle a time（20mL/bottle）, three times a day. The control group only used the basic treatment. The therapeutic period of both groups was 28 days. The outcome indexes including fatigue, symptoms of TCM, KPS scores and blood cell level. Results： After therapy, the fatigue score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; the scores of symptoms of TCM： the quality of life improvement of the treatment group excelled the control group（P〈0.05）, the KPS of the treatment group after using Fufang Ejiao Jiang was better than before（P〈0.05）; the level of the blood cell of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Fufang Ejiao Jiang could treat the cancer-related fatigue, alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life for the patients.
