摘 要:采用Gleeble-3500D对Q420B连铸坯试样进行热模拟实验,分析应变速率分别为1,5,10 s-1时,温度对其高温力学性能的影响,并对高温脆性区间温度范围和脆化机理进行研究。结果表明,Q420B连铸坯在轧制过程中,抗拉强度随温度的升高而逐渐降低,在1 150℃左右出现低塑性区。为了得到良好的面缩率,避免在热变形过程中形成裂纹等缺陷,建议轧制温度避开1 150℃。Thermal simulation experiment of the continuous casting billet of Q420B steel was done by Gleeble 3500D hot simulator. Effect of temperature on high temperature mechanical properties at the strain rate of 1, 5, 10 s-1 was analyzed, high temperature brittleness temperature range and mechanism of embrittlement were also studied. Results show that, tensile strength with an increase of the temperature is gradually reduced, and there is a low plastic zone appears at 1 150 ℃ in the rolling process of Q420B continuous casting billet. In order to get a good surface shrinkage, to avoid the formation of cracks during hot deformation and other defects, the temperature of 1 150 ℃ should be avoided.
