摘 要:四氢呋喃(THF)是一种重要的有机溶剂,其荧光特性可影响目标分析物的表征。针对市售不同纯度THF试剂,结合蒸馏和色谱分离纯化及浓缩处理,通过荧光激发、发射和同步荧光光谱法考察THF荧光特性及产生原因,并用GC/MS对THF中主要难挥发性杂质进行表征,研究主要杂质对其荧光光谱的影响。结果表明,THF荧光属于杂质荧光,主要由苯系和萘系结构杂质所致。Tetrahydrofuran (THF) is an important organic solvent. Its fluorescent properties surely exert a significant influence on the exact determination of analyte fluorescence. The commercial THF reagent was treated by distillation and column chromatography separations, and concentration respectively. Through emission, excitation and synchronous spectra of different commercial, THF fluorescence properties and its formation mechanism were investigated. Further, main non-volatile impurities in THF reagent were also analyzed by GC/MS, and their effects on the fluorescence of THF reagent were studied. The results indicate that the fluorescence of THF reagent originates from its impurities, which mainly consist of benzene and naphthalene derivates.
