摘 要:传输线变压器具有良好的高频特性,能够克服传统脉冲变压器的分布电感和分布电容对脉冲传输的不良影响。建立传输线变压器的理论模型,分析其基本工作原理,根据传输线理论探讨使用传输线变压器时的最佳匹配条件以及使用中阻抗失配引起的波形畸变;采用同轴电缆和高磁导率的铁基非晶磁性材料绕制传输线变压器,将其作为高压脉冲源的输出装置并进行相关实验。实验结果表明传输线变压器对输出脉冲的响应良好,减小了能量损耗。Transmission line transformer (TLT) has the characteristics with excellent high-frequency, which can better the effects of the distributed inductance and the distributed capacitance of the traditional transformer on the transmission of the pulse. The transmission line transformer theoretical model was establised, and its basic principles were analyzed, the best match conditions in the actual project and the actual situation in the waveform distortion caused were discussed by impedance mismatch based on transmission line theory. The transmission line transformer made use of the coaxial cable and the high-permeability Fe-based amorphous magnetic material were put forward, which was applied to the output transform devices and the related high voltage pulse experiment was carried out. The results show that the transmission line transformer has good response to the output pulse, which is consistent with the theoretical calculation result.
