摘 要:采用硬脂酸凝胶法制备磁性NiCo2O4纳米颗粒.通过红外(FT-IR)、热重(TG)对前驱物进行分析;X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)研究了煅烧温度对NiCo2O4晶体形成的影响;透射电镜(TEM)、振动试样磁强计(VSM)对产物的形貌及磁性能进行表征.结果表明,380℃保温6 h可以获得单一晶相的NiCo2O4尖晶石纳米颗粒,粒度分布较窄,平均粒径约为9 nm,矫顽力为147 Oe,饱和磁化强度为2.22emu.g-1.Magnetic nanoparticles of nickel cobaltite were successfully prepared by a stearic acid gel method. The precursor of product was studied by infrared (IR) spectroscopy and thermo- gravimetrie analysis (TG-DTG). The influence of calcination temperature on the structure of the product was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The particle size, micromorphology and magnetism performance of the calcined powder were examined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that single-phase NiCo204 nanocrystals with a narrow size distribution of 6 to 12 nm and a average particle size of 9 nm can be obtained by thermal decomposition of the precursor ( stearic acid gel) at 380℃ for 6 h. The coercivity and the saturation magnetization of the resultant product are 147 Oe and 2.22 emu·g^-1, respectively, at the magnetic field of 20 kOe.
