摘  要:采用叶蜡石协效提高聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物(ABS)/磷酸蜜胺盐(MP)复合材料体系的阻燃性能,通过力学性能测试、极限氧指数测试、垂直燃烧实验、热重分析、熔体流动速率测试、扫描电镜分析以及动态频率扫描测试,研究叶蜡石对PET/ABS/MP复合材料性能的影响.实验结果表明,加入适量的叶蜡石可在一定程度上提高复合体系的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度和熔体流动速率;当叶蜡石质量分数为4%时,其与MP协效阻燃性能最好,残炭率最高;体系的储能模量(G')与损耗模量(G″)随叶蜡石增加呈现先下降后上升的趋势.Pyrophyllite was employed to enhance the synergistic flame retardancy for PET/ ABS/MP blends. The influences of different proportions of pyrophyllite on various properties of PET/ABS/MP blends were studied by mechanical test, melt flow rate test, LOI, UL-94, TG, SEM and dynamic frequency sweep test. The results show that the tensile strength, flexural strength, notched impact strength and melt flow rate of PET/ABS/MP blends increase with increas- ing pyrophyllite to an appropriate amount. 4% pyrophyllite is found to be the optimum concentration for enhancement of the synergistic flame retardancy and charring of PET/ABS/MP blends. It is also clear that raising the dosage of pyrophyllite results in increasing the storage modulus (G') and the loss modulus (G") of the system to a peak value and decreasing subsequently.
