摘  要:通过碳廓清实验、免疫脏器指数的检测,探讨夹竹桃多糖对小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬能力与免疫器官指数的影响;利用腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬实验,检测夹竹桃多糖对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力;应用MTT法,测定夹竹桃多糖对小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞增殖能力的影响.结果显示夹竹桃多糖能显著增强正常小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,提高胸腺及脾的脏器指数,增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性,对小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞增殖有显著的促进作用,表明夹竹桃多糖能显著增强小鼠免疫功能.Carbon clearance experiment and the testing of the immune organs index is procee- ded to discuss the effect of Nerium indicum Mill. polysaccharides on mice macrophages' function and the immune organs index. Phagocytosis test is also operated to determine the action of Nerium indicum Mill. polysaccharides on mice abdominal macrophages. MTF assay is used to determine the role of Nerium indicum Mill. polysaccharides on the proliferation of T and B splenic lymphocytes. The results show that the function of mice macrophages and abdominal macrophages are greatly im- proved by Nerium indicum Mill. polysaccharides, and the immune organs index is also remarkably increased. The proliferation levels of T and B splenic lymphocytes are evidently increased. All these results lead us to the conclusion that Nerium indicum Mill. polysaccharides has great potential to en- hance to the immunity function of mice.
