摘 要:目的了解川西北牦牛新孢子虫的感染情况。方法采用间接ELISA方法对川西北阿坝州8个县1070份待屠宰牦牛血清中新孢子虫抗体进行检测。结果被检1070份血清样品中65份血清新孢子虫抗体呈阳性,样品来源的8个县都检测到了新孢子虫抗体,被检牦牛的血清抗体平均阳性率为6.1%,其中理县(12.2%)的抗体阳性率显著高于平均水平(p<0.01),马尔康的最低为2.7%。结论川西北阿坝州各县广泛存在牦牛新孢子虫感染。objective The aim of the study is to investigate Neospora caninum infection in yak in northwest Sichuan province in China.Method 1 070 serum samples collected from yaks in slaughter houses distributed in 8 counties in Aba zhou of northwest Sichuan province were detected by indirect ELISA kit for Neospora caninum antibody. Results Among the 1 070 serum samples 65 serum samples were detected as Neospora caninum positive.The Neospora caninum antibodies were detected in all the 8 studied counties of Aba Zhou.The average Neospora caninum positive rate was 6.1%, however, the positive rate in Lixian county was the highest 12.2%, significantly higher than the average positive rate, and the positive rate in Ma'erkang was 2.7%, the lowest positive rate investigated in this study.Conclusion Neospora caninum infection in yak was widely distributed in all detected counties in Aba Zhou in northwest Sichuan province.
