摘　　要：介绍某超大型门座起重机上使用的安全装置,包括风速仪、保险机构、光纤光栅应力监测系统、摄像监控系统、低速轴制动器、钩轨器、夹轨器、防风拉锚、回转锚定、行走锚定、缓冲器等,以及这些安全装置的原理和使用效果,这是在起重机领域的一种尝试。阐述超大型门座起重机在设计、制造、使用中的注意事项,也是为建造海洋作业平台提供更高效的起重设备,以提高船舶建造企业在当前市场环境下的竞争力。The paper introduces safety devices used on the huge portal crane, including anemometer, safety mecha- nism, optical fiber grating stress monitoring system, CCTV, low-speed shaft brake, rail hook device, rail clamping device, windproof cable, slewing anchor, walking anchor, and bumper, etc. , with description of the principle and performance of these safety devices. In addition, the paper presents specific precautions during design, manufacture, and application of huge portal crane, in order to facilitate to provide more efficient cranes for ocean working platform, and improve the ship- building enterprises＇ competitiveness in present market environment.
