摘  要:卵黄总免疫球蛋白Y(IgY)含量可以作为鸡胚健康状态的一种标志。本试验旨在研究孵化期卵黄总IgY动态变化与鸡胚生长发育规律。选取正常孵化的2、4、6、8、10、12、14、16、18、20、21日胚龄种蛋各20个,对胚蛋、胚体、心脏、肝脏、肌胃、肠道等进行分离和称重,构建鸡胚生长模型;采集卵黄并制备卵黄总IgY样品,使用鸡免疫球蛋白Y的ELI—sA试剂盒检测卵黄总IgY水平。结果表明:孵化期卵黄总IgY水平为47.928-1813.484μg,鸡胚健康状况良好;2~12日胚龄卵黄总IgY水平缓慢下降,12日胚龄后卵黄总IgY水平急剧下降,14-16日胚龄卵黄总IgY水平下降幅度最大,卵黄IgY动态变化与鸡胚生长发育规律吻合;二次、三次、S三种非线性生长模型都能较好描述白来航鸡胚生长规律,3种曲线的拟合度均在0.99以上,其中S模型的拟合度最高,达到0.998;胚体重、心脏重、肝脏重、肠道重和肌胃重随着胚龄的增大而增加,各器官在胚胎发育中期的相对生长强度大于后期,各个器官在孵化期生长发育存在不平衡性。Total immunoglobulin Y (IgY) level of yolk can be an index for the fitness of chicken embryo. The purpose of this experiment was to study total IgY level of yolk and embryo growth. Egg weight, embryo weight, heart weight,liver weight, intestines weight and gizzard weight from 2th,4th,6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th,20th and 21th of White Leghorns breeding eggs were measured. Chicken embryo growth model was constructed. After isolation of yolk IgY,total IgY le, vel was detected with chicken IgY ELISA kit. The results showed that when yolk IgY level during incubation was 47.928 to 1 813.484 p,g,chicken embryos was in good health. Yolk IgY level droped slowly from 2th to 12th. And yolk IgY level fell sharply after 12th, especially the reduction of yolk IgY level was greater during 14th to 16th. Yolk IgY dynamic change fitted into chicken embryo growth rule. The curves of White Leghorns embryo growth could be illustracted by applying three growth models which include quadric, triple and S. The average value of fitting degree about three models was more than 0.99, especially the value of S was the best (0.998). Embryo weight,heart weight,liver weight, intestines weight and gizzard weight increased with embryo age. The organs relative growth rate in the middle period of incubating was faster than that of late period. The organs growth and development during incubating presented imbalance.
