摘　　要：介绍了自排风式转杯纺纱机改成抽气式转杯纺纱机的措施,通过改造使自排风式转杯纺纱机具有了抽气式高速高产高质量的效果,同时通过对关键部分工艺的优选,使转杯纺纱机运行稳定,为自排风式转杯纺纱机的升级提供了有效的途径。In this paper is introduced the principle of the reformation of rotor spinning frame of automatic air discharging type by use of air suction. After the reformation, the rotor spinning frame with air suction features high speed, high production and high quality, and the optimized processing technology of some key processes also makes the rotor spinning frame operate stable, which provides an effective way to upgrade the rotor spinning frame of antomatic air discharging type.
