摘　　要：以云竹纤维为例探讨了喷气涡流纺色纺纱开发实践。分析了色纺原料预混、开清棉、梳理、并条及纺纱工序的工艺参数及关键技术措施,并指出了喷气涡流纺色纺纱开发过程中应注意的关键技术问题,为喷气涡流纺色纺纱的开发提供了技术支持。This paper discussed the development and practice of jet Vortex colored spun yarn composed of softbamboo fiber. The premix of colored raw material, the processes of opening and scutching, carding, drawing and spinning and the key technologies were analyzed with the key technology problems in the development of jet Vortex colored spun yam pointed out, which provides the technology support for the development of jet Vortex colored spun yam.
