摘 要:用YG191XH型智能条干毛羽仪,在原棉、清梳、细纱工序对毛羽指数H值做了大量工艺试验,研究证实了细纱机锭速快慢、钢领钢丝圈周期、清洁器隔距大小、各工序通道光洁等参数对毛羽的影响,并用数据做了详尽分析。通过专件选型、设备维护、合理工艺等措施降低了条干CV值,减少了毛羽,提高了纱线内在品质。Lots of technological experiments on halrlness index and H value in raw cotton and in the processes of seutehing and carding as well as in spinning have been done by use of YG191XH intelligental evenness and hairiness tester, which proved that the parameters as the spindle speed, the ring and traveller circuling, the gap between cleaners and smoothness of the passes in various process in spinning will effect the hairiness. The tested data have been well analyzed. Through properly selection of the accessories, equipment maintenance, reasonable processing measures, the formed yarn quality is raised with C,V value of yarn evenness and hairiness reduced.
