摘　　要：通过乌江构皮滩水电站建设征地移民安置综合监理工作实践,总结了在库区移民搬迁安置过程中,综合监理对移民安置(专项复建工程)进度控制、质量与安全控制、投资控制、合同与信息管理等方面所发挥的积极作用,阐述了兴建大中型水利水电工程征地移民工作中应关注的重点和敏感问题,为工程规划设计单位、建设业主单位、管理部门提供参考和借鉴的建议。Through the practice of comprehensive supervision of land acquisition and resettlement for construction of Goupitan Hydropower Station, the positive roles of comprehensive supervision in resettlement process implemented by local government, in- cluding progress control, quality and safety control, investment control, and contract and information management are summa- rized. The key issues and sensitive problems in the land acquisition and resettlement of large and middle scaled hydropower pro- jects under construction are described to provide reference and suggestions for planning and design unit, owner and management deparment.
