摘 要:为明确贵农775抗白粉病基因的染色体位置,运用SSR和SCAR分子标记技术,利用F2后代群体194个单株对贵农775中抗白粉病基因进行分子标记定位。结果表明:贵农775中白粉病抗性由1对显性单基因控制;SCAR标记SM142、SCAR1265和SSR标记Xbarc3的扩增片段都与贵农775中抗白粉病基因连锁。引物SM142和Xbarc3的扩增片段与抗白粉病基因的遗传距离分别为1.5cM、8.3cM;标记SCAR1265的扩增片段则与抗白粉病基因共分离。贵农775中抗白粉病基因可能为Pm21或其等位基因,位于染色体6AS上。SSR and SCAR were employed to detect molecular markers linked to powdery mildew resistance gene in wheat line Guinong 775, and map the powdery mildew resistance gene of Guinong 775 in F2 progenies of 194 plants. The results showed that there was a single dominant gene of powdery mildew resistance. In this study, Xbarc3 marked by SCAR1265, and SSR and SM142 marked by SCAR linked to the powdery mildew resistance gene of Guinong 775, their genetic distance was 8.3 cM and 1.5 cM separately. SCAR1265 cosegregated with the powdery mildew resistance gene. The gene was most likely to be Prn21 or allele. It located on chromosome 6AS.
