摘 要:核桃是一种有较强适应性、分布广泛、多用途的优良经济树种,由于核桃生物学特性的限制,核桃的常规品种选育、苗木繁殖等难度大、效率低。为了加速核桃品种改良以及优良品种的繁殖,用现代生物技术的方法培育核桃新品种、繁殖核桃苗木势在必行,也是当今核桃生产和科研发展的客观要求和必然结果。该文从分子水平上对近年来核桃在种质资源研究中的应用、离体再生系统的建立及其在基因育种方面的应用现状等的研究进行了简述,旨在为在分子方面改良核桃品种、核桃优良基因的克隆及种质资源的保存提供一定的参考。Juglans regia is an excellent economic tree species with strong adaptability, wide distribution and multiple purposes. However, the limitations of biological characteristics made it rather difficult and low-efficient for variety breeding and its propagation. Modern biotechnology is necessary to be adopted in breeding new walnut variety. It can not only accelerate the speed of breeding improved varieties, more importantly, it's an objective requirement and inevitable result for the development of the production and research on walnuts. The author summarized research progress of applications in the germplasm research, establishment of regeneration system, and its present situation of application in genetic walnut breeding status on the molecular biological level. The purpose of present paper is to provide a reference for its elite gene cloning, germplasm conservation and its genetic improvement.
