摘　　要：简要介绍了电子工业用高纯过氧化氢水溶液的应用和规范。详细介绍了对用于贮存和运输高纯过氧化氢水溶液的容器材质的要求,以及容器的洗涤和污染检查方法。简要介绍了三菱瓦斯化学公司、住友化学公司和アイセロ化学公司用于贮存和运输高纯过氧化氢水溶液的容器。The application and specifications of the high purity aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution applied in the electronic industry are briefly introduced. The material specifications of the containers for storage and delivery of high purity aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution, the container washing and contaminant inspection method are introduced in detail. The containers of the Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Co., the Sumitomo Chemical Co. and the Aisero Chemical Co. for storage and delivery of high purity aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution are briefly introduced.
