手足口病重症患儿恢复期中枢神经系统症状反复6例报道  

Severe Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease with Recurrent Central Nervous System Symptoms during Convalescent Period: A Report of Six Cases

摘　　要：目的:探讨手足口病重症患儿恢复期中枢神经系统(CNS)症状反复病例的临床特点。方法:收集并分析大连市儿童医院2010年1月至12月收治的6例手足口病重症患儿恢复期CNS症状反复病例的临床资料。结果:6例患儿均为肠道病毒71型(EV71)感染,第1次出现CNS症状体征的时间为病程1～4d(平均2.3d),出现CNS症状反复的时间为病程14～23d(平均17.2d),两次神经系统症状表现相似。所有患儿给予甲泼尼龙抗炎、降颅压、丙种球蛋白、抗感染等综合治疗后均痊愈,无后遗症。结论:手足口病重症患儿恢复期可出现CNS症状反复,早发现、早期再次给予常规治疗后,预后较好。Objective： To investigate the clinical characteristics of severe hand-foot-mouth disease with recurrent central nervous system （CNS） symptoms during convalescent period in 6 children. Methods： A retrospective study of clinical data of six children who were diagnosed as severe hand-foot-mouth disease with recurrent CNS symptoms during convalescent period from January 2010 to December 2010 in our department was performed. Results： Six patients were all infected with Entervirus 71. The first-episode CNS symptoms appeared in 1 ~ 4 days, the recurrent CNS symptoms appeared in 14 ~ 23 days. The recurrent CNS symptoms were similar to the first- episode CNS symptoms. After comprehensive treatment, all patients were cured without sequela. Conclusions： Children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease caused by Entervirus 71 might have recurrent CNS symptoms during convalescent period. With early diagnosis and conventional re-treatment, the prognosis is good.
