摘  要:目的探讨氧驱雾化吸入疗法在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的效果。方法将78例COPD随机分为观察组(n=39)、对照组(n=39),在采用相同治疗手段、雾化吸入药物相同的情况下,观察组、对照组分别采用氧驱雾化及超声雾化吸入疗法,观察两组治疗前后血氧饱和度(SaO2)、血气分析指标(氧分压、二氧化碳分压)以及临床症状改善情况。结果观察组比对照组疗效更为显著(P<0.05),SaO2、血气分析指标改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论氧驱雾化吸入疗法与超声雾化吸入疗法比较具有使用简便、局部药物浓度高、不良反应小及疗效佳等优点。Objective To investigate the efficacy of the oxygen drived fog inhalation therapy in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 78 patients with COPD were divided into oxygen derived inhalation (group A, n = 39) and ultrasonic aerosol inhalation (group B, n = 39) which based on the same treat- ment. The blood oxygen saturation ( SaO2 ) , indexes of blood gas analysis ( partial pressure of oxygen, PCO2 ) and im- provement of clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The curative effect in group A was significantly higher than that of in group B ( P 〈 0.05 ) , Oxygen saturation and blood gas were also signifi- cantly better than those of in group B (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Compared with ultrasonic aerosol inhalation, oxygen de- rived aerosol inhalation could have easy operation, higher drug level in part, few adverse effects and better curative effect for patients with COPD.
