摘  要:结合食品卫生监督管理领域的研究成果和笔者所在军区疾病预防控制中心在部队食品安全保障方面的实践,提出保障部队食品安全策略:①健全食品安全教育体系,包括建立食品安全信息库、开展食品安全职业教育和普及教育,并强调教育合作;②加强部队食品安全的监管,注重监管主体选择和采取科学的监督方法;③通过健全制度、规范程序和加大人才的引进和培训,加大预防性监督力度;④通过开展具有部队特色的食品卫生监测、发挥快速检测的优势、健全危机处理等方法完善食品安全预警机制。The article combined with research of food hygiene supervision, management and food safety experi- ence in the field of Military Centers for Disease Prevention and Control. The article suggested 4 aspects of food security strategy: (1) To build the food safety education system which included the establishment of food safety information base, providing food safety vocational education and universal education and emphasizing the educational cooperation. (2) To strengthen the regulation and intendance of military food safety and pay attention to choose and adopt scientific methods of supervision. (3) To strengthen preventive supervision through perfecting management system, regulating the procedure and strengthening introduced talent and training. (4) To perfect the crisis processing methods to improve food security early warning mechanism through carrying out with military characteristics of the food hygiene monitoring and playing fast detec- ted advantage.
