探讨针灸加TDP电磁波照射治疗手术后腹胀疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨针灸+TDP电磁波照射治疗手术后腹胀效果。方法 :治疗组采用针灸加TDP电磁波照射治疗,对照组采用西药治疗。结果 :治疗组30例中有24例痊愈,占80%,5例好转,占16.7%,1例无效,占3.3%,总有效率为96.7%;对照组30例中有18例痊愈,占60%,4例好转,占13.3%,8例无效,占26.7%,总有效率为73.3%,治疗组与对照组相比,治疗组疗效显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论 :针灸加TDP电磁波照射治疗手术后腹胀疗效显著,值得推广。Objective ： To explore the effect of acupuncture plus TDP electromagnetic wave irradiation treatment of post-operative abdominal distension. Methods ： The treatment group were treated with acupuncture plus TDP electromagnetic wave irradiation treatment, the control group used western medicine. Result： 24 cases were cured, accounting for 80%, 5 cases improved, accounting for 16.7%, I case ineffective, accounting for 3.3%, and the total effective rate was 96.7% in treatment group; in control group, 18 cases were cured, accounting for 60%,4 eases improved, accounting for 13.3%, 8 cases ineffective, accounting for 26.7%, total effective rate was 73.3%. Compared with the control group, the treatment group had statistical significance （ P〈O.05 ） .Con^dusion ： Acupuncture plus TDP electromagnetic wave irradiation treatment has significant effect on abdominal distention after surgery, and it is worthy of promotion.
