化瘀祛痰方对高脂血症患者血浆一氧化氮、前列环素的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察化瘀祛痰方对高脂血症患者血清一氧化氮(NO)、前列环素(PGI2)的影响。方法 :90例痰瘀型高脂血症患者随机分为3组,氟伐他汀组30例给予氟伐他汀口服,化瘀祛痰方高、低剂量组各30例,分别给予高、低剂量的化瘀祛痰方口服,在治疗前以及治疗4周后分别采血测定各组NO、PGI2的含量并进行统计分析。结果 :3组治疗前、后的NO及PGI2水平比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);化瘀祛痰方高剂量组与氟伐他汀组治疗后的NO及PGI2水平比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),而两组与化瘀祛痰方低剂量组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 :化瘀祛痰方能升高高脂血症患者血清NO及PGI2的水平,且与剂量呈正相关,可预治动脉粥样硬化及延缓心脑血管疾病的发生。Objective ： To observe the effect of Removing Phlegm and Blood Stasis Decoction on serum levels of nitric oxide （ NO ） and prostacyclin （ PGI2 ） in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods ： 90 patients of hyperlipidemia with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into 3 groups, 30 cases of fluvastatin group were treated with oral fluvastatin. The Removing Phlegm and Blood Stasis Decoction high and low dose groups with 30 cases in each group, respectively, were given the high and low doses of Removing Phlegm and Blood Stasis Decoction orally, before and 4 weeks after treatment respectively, blood sampling for determination of NO and PGI2 contents and statistical analysis were made. Results ： Before and after treatment, the NO and PGI2 levels of the 3 groups showed significant difference （P〈O.01, P〈0.05 ）; NO and PGI2 levels between the high dose group of Removing Phlegm and Blood Stasis Decoction and fluvastatin group after treatment had no statistical significance （ P〉0.05 ）, while the above two groups compared with the low dose group of Removing Phlegm and Blood Stasis Decoction, there was significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Removing Phlegm and Blood Stasis Decoction can elevate serum levels of NO and PGI： in patients with hyperlipidemia, and is positively related to the dosage. It can prevent and treat atheroselerotic and delay： the onset of cardiovascular and eerebrovascular diseases.
