摘 要:目的:快速鉴别红花药材的真伪,并对不同市售来源的红花样品进行质量评价,以探讨光谱成像技术在中药真伪鉴别和质量控制方面的应用与优势。方法:应用凝视式荧光光谱成像装置,提取红花、西红花和菊花对照药材的归一化特征荧光光谱曲线,对红花药材进行鉴别;通过提取不同红花样品的归一化特征荧光光谱曲线,对不同市售来源的红花质量进行评价;系统的光谱覆盖范围为400~680nm,光谱分辨率为5nm。结果:红花的特征光谱曲线与菊花、西红花显著不同;质量不同的红花样品荧光强度不同。结论:光谱成像法可用于红花药材的真伪鉴别与质量评价,并具有操作简便、快速、无损等优点。Objective : The identification and quality evaluation of Carthamus tinctorius were investigated to discuss the application range and advantages of spectral imaging technology in Chinese medicine identification and quality control field. Method: The spectral cubes of Carthamus tinctorius, Crocus sativus L.and Dendranthema indicum supplied by National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products were captured, then the character fluorescence spectral curves of them were picked up to identify Carthamus tinctorius. The character fluorescence spectral curves of Carthamus tinctorius from different commercial sources were obtained to evaluate the quality of them. The spectral resolution was 5 nm, and the spectral range was 400~680 nm. Result : The character fluorescence spectral curves of Carthamus tinctorius, Crocus sativus L.and Dendranthema indicum were obviously different, and the fluorescence intensities of different Carthamus tinctorius were different. Conclusion : Spectral imaging technology can be used to identify and evaluate Carthamus tinctorius, the testing course is convenient, quick, noninvasive and without reducing.
