摘 要:目的 :制备复方藤乌软膏,建立复方中主要成分乌头碱的定性鉴别方法,并考察该软膏皮肤用药的安全性。方法 :遵循传统理论和方法制备复方藤乌软膏,采用薄层色谱法,以环己烷-乙酸乙酯-二乙胺(10∶7∶1)为展开剂对方剂中的有效成分乌头碱进行鉴别,采用Wistar大鼠进行皮肤刺激性试验、急性毒性试验。结果 :复方藤乌软膏中乌头碱薄层鉴别斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。该制剂对大鼠完整、破损皮肤均无急性毒性,对破损皮肤有轻微刺激性,可自行缓解。结论 :复方藤乌软膏定性方法简单、专属性强,是一种较安全的外用制剂。Objective: To prepare and establish a qualitative method for Compound Tengwu Ointment, and to explore the safety of transcutaneous drug delivery. Methods : Followed the traditional theories and methods, Compound Tengwu Ointment was made. Aconitine was identified by TLC, and developing solvent was Cyclohexane- ethyl acetate-diethylamine ( 10 : 7 : 1 ). Skin irritation test and acute toxicity test were conducted in Wistar rats. Result: The TLC spots of Compound Tengwu Ointment were clear with good resolution and free from interference of negative samples. Compound Tengwu Ointment had no irritation to the integral skin and low-grade irritation to the damage skin of rats, but it was easy to be disappeared. Conclusion : The method is simple, precise and specific. Compound Tengwu ointment belongs to the safe oreDaration.
