中医护理在地震伤救护中的运用

摘　　要：目的 :通过对27例玉树地震伤员的护理回顾,总结应对成批不同民族地震伤有效地中医护理措施。方法 :根据玉树地震伤员的情况,尊重民族生活习惯;加强交流沟通,促进心理调节;发挥中医药治疗优势,指导伤员中医功能锻炼的方法,使伤员得到身心健康的护理,早日康复。结果 :27例伤员顺利康复出院。9例骨折进行了手术治疗,2例进行了外科闭式引流治疗,16例行非手术治疗。27例伤员均进行了中药内服、外敷及针灸治疗。结论 :有效地中医护理是成批伤员康复的重要保障,可以让不同民族、不同文化的护理达到相同的效果。Objective ： Through nursing 27 cases of Yushu earthquake victims, it is effectively concluded the TCM nursing to deal with batches of different ethnic earthquake injury. Methods ： According to the earthquake victims in Yushu and respecting for national habits, TCM nursing included strengthening exchanges and comnmnication; promoting psychological adjustment; playing the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment and guiding the wounded using the functional exercise of Chinese medicine, so as to give physical and mental health care to the wounded and a speedy recovery. Results ： 27 cases of wounded were smoothly discharged. 9 cases had fracture surgery. 2 cases were treated by closed surgical drainage. 16 cases underwent non-surgical treatment. All 27 cases were treated with Chinese herbs, external application and acupuncture treatment. Conclusions ： Effective Chinese medicine care is an important guarantee of rehabilitation. It tail make cares of different nationalities and different cuhures to achieve the same effect.
