摘　　要：研究了国内图书馆联盟的背景,包括区域图书馆联盟的发展历程,管理模式等,对制约肇庆地区图书馆联盟建设的因素进行分析,提出了建立肇庆地区图书馆区域联盟的发展策略。This paper first studies the domestic library alliance background, including the regional library alliance development course, management mode, And then analysis the restricting Zhaoqing Regional Library Alliance Construction in factor, Finally proposed the establishment of the Zhaoqing Regional Library Consortiums development countermeasure.
