摘　　要：通过对传统竞争情报搜集存在缺陷的分析,得出情报软件在竞争情报搜集中的优点,并比较国内外情报软件在搜集过程中的作用,找出国内软件的缺陷并提出改进措施以便能够更好为企业决策做贡献。throng the shortcomings of Competitive intelligence gathering by the traditional and elicit the merit of the intelligence software in intelligence collection, and compare the process in the collection of domestic and foreign intelligence software to identify the defects of the domestic software and to find a measures for improvement to make a better business decisions.
