俄罗斯农村图书馆治理的相关法规与标准探析

摘　　要：对《俄罗斯联邦境内地方自治组织的共同原则》、《俄罗斯联邦主体内自治公共图书馆网组织基本条例》等4部法规和标准中与农村图书馆工作密切相关的内容进行了分析,对涉及农村图书馆建设与治理工作细节的条款进行了探讨,以期对中国农村图书馆立法工作和制度建设具有借鉴价值。In this paper, the content ctosely related to the rural library work is analyzed, in four regulations and standards in cluding the ＂On General Principles of Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation＂ and ＂ON The Main Provisions of Organization Network of Municipal Public Libraries in the Russian Federation＂ . Involved in the construction of rural libraries and Governance of the terms of the details of the work were discussed, in order to have reference value to the legislative work and institutional construction of rural libraries.
