摘　　要：5S理论是指Smile(微笑),Speed(迅速),Sincerity(诚恳),Smart(灵巧),Study(学习)5个英文单词的开头字母组成。通过阐述5S理论的内容以及学科馆员如何运用5S理论开展工作,指出5S理论的一个中心和一个基本点。5s theory refer to smile, speed, sincerity, Smart, study, the first letters of which are＇s＇ . This paper presents the center and one basic point of 5s theorY, through stating the content of this theory and how the subject librarian should begin to work based on this theory;
