摘　　要：当前公共图书馆在发展的过程中还面临着种种问题,其中,采访风险的出现即是图书馆管理中的重要问题。采访风险的出现有可能使采访目的落实困难,从而降低图书馆工作质量,甚至影响到文化传播的顺利开展。所谓采访风险,即是指图书采访工作中可能遇到的致使图书馆名誉、利益受到损失或其工作受到影响的意外情况。图书采访风险包括缺藏风险、价值风险、供求风险等类型,这些风险的规避对于提高图书馆工作质量、维护读者利益具有重要意义。南宁市图书馆采访风险优化管理方面具有先进的工作经验,图书馆主要通过读者和图书细分策略、技术性采访策略和馆际协作策略的运用而较好地防范了采访风险的产生,这些经验值得推广应用。the public library in the process of development also faces various problems, including interviews; the emergence of risk is an important problem in Library management. Interview the emergence of risk may make the interview de- signed to implement, thereby reducing the service quality of the library, and even affect the smooth development of cultural communication. The so-called interview risk, refers to the book acquisitioning work of the library may be encountered in fame, interest is lost or the affected by the accident. Book acquisition risks include hiding risk, value at risk, demand risk, avoid these risks for improving the service quality of the library readers＇ interests, safeguard has important significance. Narming city library acquisition risk management with advanced experience, the library is mainly by readers and Book segmentation strategy, technology strategy of interview and interlibrary cooperation strategies and better prevent the risks arising from these interviews, experience is worth to popularize application.
