摘　　要：广播电视大学处在向开放大学过渡的转型期,开放大学的重要任务之一就是整合各类学习资源,实现资源的共建共享。以高质量的资源建设支撑高质量的开放大学,基本思路就是坚持体制和机制的创新,整合、改造、开发、开放多来源、多层次、多类型的学习资源,真正实现优质资源的共建共享。Radio and Television University is in the transition period to the Open University, one of the important tasks is the integration of the various types of learning resources, and goal is to achieve the resources sharing. The construction of high-quality resources support the Open University, the basic idea is to adhere to the system and mechanism innovation, integration, transformation, development, opening up the multi-source, multi-level types of learning resources, truly realize the high-quality resources construction and sharing.
