摘　　要：建筑环境与设备专业的专业课程量多面广,通过开设创新型综合实验课程,能够将零碎的知识点以实践性教学的方式系统化,弥补毕业设计的不足,提高学生的工程能力。同时也是市场对应用型人才的要求,分层次因材施教的需要(个性化教育)。介绍某区域性高校实施创新型综合实验课程教学的经验。The specialized course of building environment and equipment specialty is content much and area wide. Through setting up innovative comprehensive experiment course, the scattered knowledge would be systematized in practical teaching way, and the deficiency of the graduation design would be making up for, students＇ engineering ability would be improved. Meanwhile, it is the requirement of the market to applied talents and stratified teaching students in accordance of their aptitude （individualized education）. In this paper, a regional experience
