无张力疝修补术治疗硬化剂注射后复发性腹股沟疝25例

摘　　要：目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术及腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补治疗硬化剂注射后复发性腹股沟疝的治疗效果。方法回顾2008年9月至2011年8月用疝环充填式无张力疝修补及腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补治疗硬化剂注射后复发性腹股沟疝患者25例的临床资料。结果所有患者痊愈出院,术后随访1～4年,无复发。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术及腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术治疗硬化剂注射后复发性腹股沟疝的手术方法,具有创伤小、恢复快、操作简单、住院时间短、复发率低等优势,适合腹股沟疝硬化剂注射后复发疝患者。Objective To investigate the tension-free hernia repair with the hernia ring filling and the effectiveness of preperitioneal hernia repair in patients with recurrent inguinal hernia who were treated with sclerotherpy. Methods A total of 25 cases during September 2008 to August 2011 with recurrent inguinal hernia were included and treated with preperitioneal hernia repair and hernia ring filling. Results All the patients were recovered and discharged. The patients were followed up for 1 to 4 years without any recurrence. Conclusions The surgical methods of tension-free hernia with hernia ring filling and preperitioneal tension-free hernia repair for recurrent inguinal hernia,with less rapid recovery, simple practice, shorter hospital stay and lower recurrent rates, are suitable for those patients with recurrent hernia after inguinal hernia treated with sclerotherapy.
