摘 要:目的 观察分米波辐射不同组织时的温度变化和临床治疗纤维织炎的疗效。方法 在实验模型上进行 2 7.12MHz和 915MHz两组频率对不同组织辐射 ,分 4点测温 ,分别进行三次试验 ,取平均值。临床观察分米波辐射治疗纤维织炎 15 0例 ,并与超短波 15 0例进行疗效比较。结果2 7.12MHz和 915MHz辐射组织时 ,脂肪、浅层肌肉、深层肌肉的温升比分别为2 .2∶1.0∶0 .7;1.0∶2 .5∶1.4。临床疗效分米波组显效率为 84.6 % ,明显高于超短波组 5 8.0 % ,χ2 =2 6 .81,P <0 .0 0 1。平均治疗次数分米波组 7.2次 ,超短波组 11.5次 ,t=10 .142 ,P <0 .0 0 1。 结论与超短波相比 ,分米波辐射更具有选择性使肌肉组织温度升高 ,透热作用均匀 。Objective To observe the temperature distribution of decimeter wave radiation on different tissues and its clinical effect for fibrositis.Methods First,the experiment was carried out in animal tissues in vitro.The experimental models were radiated with 27.12 MHz and 915 MHz in decimeter wave respectively.The temperature was measured in four spots for three times to get the mean value.While the clinical observation was performed,too.150 cases with fibrositis were radiated with decimeter wave (deci meter wave group),another 150 cases were treated with ultrashort wave(ultrashort wave group).The effect was compared in both groups.Results The temperature-rising ratio of fat,superfacial muscle and deep muscle in 17.12 MHz radiation was 2.2∶1∶0.7 versus 1∶2.5∶1.4 in 915 MHz rediation separately.There was a significant difference in both groups(P<0.01).The mean treatment time of decimeter wave and ultrashort wave was 7.2 times and 11.5 times respectively (P<0.01)。Conclusion The study shows that decimeter can selectivly raise the tissue temperature of muscle.The temperature distribution is even.It has a higher effect for fibrositis.
