摘 要:目的 研究不同频率及功率密度的毫米波对损伤脊髓的生物效应。方法 按Allen氏WD法致大鼠脊髓L1节段不完全性损伤 ,用波长 4.9,7.1,8.9mm ,输出功率密度 2 ,7,2 0mW /cm2的毫米波局部治疗大鼠损伤脊髓 ,治疗时间 30min ,每日 2次 ,治疗 2 0d ,观察皮层体感诱发电位(CSEP)及运动诱发电位 (MEP)变化。结果 7.1mm - 7mW /cm2 和 7.1mm - 2 0mW /cm2 的毫米波能使损伤脊髓的修复加快。结论 特定频率。Objective To investigate the biologic effects of millimeter wave in various frequences and power densities for injured spinal cord.Methods Using the WD method of Allen,the L1 of spinal cord in rats was formed the incomplete spinal cord injury.The areas of spinal cord injury were separately treated with millimeter wave in various parameters(wave-length,4.9 mm,7.1 mm,8.9 mm and power density 2 mW/cm2, 7 mW/cm2,20 mW/cm2).The therapeutic method was 30 min/per time,twice a day,for 20 days.Before and after the treatment,the cortical somatosensory evoked potential(CSEP) and motor evoked potential(MEP) was observed.Results The study proved that the reconstruction of injured spinal cord was accelerated using the millimeter wave with 7.1 mm-7 mW/cm2 and 7.1 mm-20 mW/cm2 treatment.Conclusion It is suggested that the millimeter wave with specific frequency and power density can promote the reconstruction of the injured spinal cord.
