摘 要:针对车辆装备金属漆复合涂层在使用过程中不可避免受到局部破损的问题,采用人工破损试验的方法,利用电化学阻抗谱技术研究了涂层不同破损程度对其防护性能的影响,并提取了破损金属漆复合涂层失效程度评估指标。研究发现:当破损率K≤0.04‰时,涂层仍然具有良好的防护性能,当破损率K〉16‰时,涂层的防护性能基本丧失,当破损率K介于两者之间时,涂层还具有一定的防护性能;中频区18Hz处的相位角与0.1Hz处的阻抗模值存在良好的相关性。There are inevitably local damages for the mental-power-painted composite coatings of the vehicle equipment. The impact of the different extent of damage on protective performance of the coating with artificial defect was studied by EIS technology. The results indicates that, for the studied coating system, when the breakage rate K is less than or equal to 0.04‰, the coating still has good protective performance, when K is bigger than 16‰, the performance of the coating is very low, when K fell in between them, the protective performance of the coating is just favorable ; there is a good correla- tion between the value of the phase angle of 18 Hz and the one of impedance at 0.1 Hz, which provides some available the- oretical basis for the degradation assess of the mental-power-painted composite coatings of the vehicle equipment.
