摘　　要：为了提取柴油机曲轴轴承的故障特征参数，提出在柴油机急加速过程中采用阶比跟踪与平滑伪wigner—Ville分布相结合的诊断方法。通过仿真分析表明，该方法可以清晰地显示阶比分布随曲轴转角的变化情况。利用该方法对柴油机曲轴轴承不同技术状态下的振动信号进行对比分析发现，阶比能量随着曲轴转角（转速）的增加而增加，且阶比带的能量比例可以作为特征参数识别曲轴轴承的磨损程度。In order to extract fault feature parameter of crankshaft bearings of diesel engine, a method based on order track-ing and smoothed pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution was proposed. It＇ s proved that order distribution was cleared by simula- tion. Vibration signal were analyzed by the method when crankshaft is under different technical condition, it＇ s concluded that order energy increases with the raise of speed, and energy proportion of order band can be extracted as feature parame- ter to distinguish technical condition of crankshaft bearing.
