摘 要:T型焊接接头是焊接结构中常见的一种接头形式,在交变载荷及自身缺陷的影响下容易发生疲劳断裂。针对EH36钢中厚板T型焊接接头疲劳寿命进行有限元分析,并参照相关疲劳估算公式进行验证。研究发现,T型焊接接头在承受交变载荷作用时,最大拉伸应力位于焊趾处,且疲劳破坏也首先在焊趾处发生。T-shaped welded joint is a common joint of welding structure, and it is prone to fatigue fracture by the effects of alternating loads and defects. This paper applied the finite element analysis of T-shaped welded joint for fatigue life in the light of the EH36 steel plate, and verified the test results of the formula. Research shows that,T-shaped welded joint bears alternating load during its working, the stretched stress of welded toes is the maximal stretched stress, and the fatigue damage firstly appears at the welded toes.
